   In Today's real estate market, a knowledgeable, experienced Realtor is everything.  I have ridden the "Real Estate Roller Coaster" in excess of 24 years in the Palm Beach - Martin County area.  I truly understand the market!

    In the "Good Times," I worked with numerous clients with 1031 Exchanges.  However, the concept of the "Good Times" has changed.    Investors are now viewing the current market conditions as the Good Times due to the fact that they are able to purchase real estate at a much lower price than in the past several years. 

    The market condition is not only good for investors but serious home buyers as well.  With interest rates being the lowest since the history of keeping up with interest rates and the property values being low, it is an opportune time for the serious home purchasers. 

   A tremendous amount of my business comes from Short Sales.  I did my first Short Sale approximately 20 years ago before it became a buzz word.  

        Working with Short Sales is gratifying because I am able to Counsel Clients  (AT NO COST TO THEM) as to the process of doing a short sale and the possible consequences they may encounter by doing a Short Sale versus a Foreclosure.

    Sadly, Approximately 70% of homeowners who find themselves in preforeclosure do nothing out of ignorance of the fact that they can or from paralyzing fear or embarrassment due to their situation.
